All original material on this website and in games, apps, videos, recordings and other projects made by Outpost 31 belongs to Outpost 31 unless stated otherwise.

This includes sound recordings, sound effects, music, writing, game design, source code, visual material, branding, logos, website content and other original work.

Please do not copy, re-upload, sell, modify, extract, repackage or redistribute Outpost 31 material without written permission, except for the community and social media uses described below.

Third-Party Material

Some projects may include third-party assets, tools, trademarks, references or licensed material. Those remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the relevant licence, permission, or fair use/fair dealing where applicable.

Games, Apps, Videos and Streaming

You are welcome to make videos, streams, reviews, posts and other community content about Outpost 31 games, apps, videos and projects.

You may monetise normal gameplay videos, streams, reviews, commentary and similar community content, as long as you do not present your work as official, claim ownership of Outpost 31 material, or upload raw extracted assets as standalone content.

Please credit Outpost 31 and link back to the relevant game, app, post, video or website where practical.

Social Media, Reels and Public Posts

You are welcome to share, repost, embed, react to, quote, remix or make commentary about public Outpost 31 videos, reels, screenshots and posts, as long as you credit Outpost 31 where practical and do not present the material as your own original work.

This includes normal social sharing, reaction videos, reviews, commentary, edits, playlists, recommendations and other community posts.

Please do not re-upload full videos or reels in a way that removes credit, suggests official approval, or replaces the original post.

Sound Use and Raw Assets

Public videos, reels and projects may include original recordings, sound effects, music or other audio created by Outpost 31.

Please do not extract, repackage, sell, upload or distribute these sounds as standalone sound effects, sample packs, asset packs, libraries, or raw downloadable files without permission.

If you would like to use a sound from a public Outpost 31 post, reel or video in a film, documentary, game, artwork or other creative project, please get in touch. Outpost 31 is open to these uses when they are credited properly and agreed in advance.

Do not upload full soundtracks, isolated sound effects, raw asset dumps, exported files, or altered versions of games and apps without permission.
